"Calligraphy is not writing, it is not sculpting, it is not drawing...",
said the teachers before me. What is calligraphy then?
Could it be a moment of inspiration? A theme for meditation?
And if I said that it is a moment of intimacy with the signs of writing,
would I be right? In any case, I dare say that calligraphy is seeking
harmony, stroking the writing, tasting the sign, the scent of ink,
the pleasant sound of the pen that sets the pace on the support,
it is contemplating deeply the drawing of letters,
with no hurry to interpret in each of them
